在对国内常见几种进口粉的性能进行分析研究的基础上,与太钢自产超细A精矿粉(-45μm≥85%)进行了优化配矿研究,得出了38%~45%A精矿粉与澳大利亚和巴西产地矿合理配矿及应用技术。2008年为了应对金融危机带来的不利影响,降低配矿成本,提高自产A精矿粉比例到51%,增配9%的澳洲产E矿粉以代替价格昂贵的巴西产D矿粉,通过采取一系列有效措施,优化混合料制粒参数及混合料水分、机速、风机闸门开度等其他工艺参数的合理匹配,生产的烧结矿产质量完全能够满足大型高炉生产需求,为4 350 m3高炉增铁节焦,指标优化奠定了基础。
Based on the analysis of the performance of several common imported powders in China, the optimized ore blending with ultrafine A concentrate (-45μm≥85%) produced by Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was studied, and 38% -45% A concentrate with ore and Australia and Brazil ore production and reasonable distribution technology.
