现阶段,我国处于经济转型的新时期,其发展速度很迅速,我国的社会建设也很积极,特别是建筑工程的建设,具有非常大的进步发展。因此,身为建筑施工的业主,如何在激烈的市场竞争中占据优势地位,获得可观的经济收益同时还能保证建设的产品质量,已然成为目前建设工程业主方所重点注意的问题。一般而言,建设施工项目建设期长、成本也很大,具体而言通常分为投资决策、工程设计、具体实施以及竣工等环节,所以对于建设项目的成本及管理工作也要贯穿于整个过程。
