托吡酯、拉莫三嗪对大鼠学习与记忆功能影响的比较研究

目的研究抗癫痫药物对大鼠认知功能的影响。方法健康雄性性成熟SD大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组(NS)、癫痫对照组(PTZ)、托吡酯(TPM)组及拉莫三嗪(LTG)组,每组10只。除NS组外,其他3组用PTZ点燃。治疗2周后用莫礼斯(Morris)水迷宫测试认知功能。采用方差分析进行统计学检验。结果PTZ组学习成绩提高很快(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01)。LTG组测试成绩提高很快(P﹤0.01),成绩优于NS组。TPM组测试成绩提高慢,无显著性差异,较NS组差。在寻找平台象限和在平台象限逗留时间的测试中,TPM组寻找时间最长,逗留时间最短,两项成绩均不如其他组(P﹤0.05,P﹤0.01),其他各组无显著性差异。结论TPM可影响大鼠的学习、记忆、判断功能,LTG能提高大鼠的学习、记忆、判断功能。 Objective To study the effect of antiepileptic drugs on cognitive function in rats. Methods Forty healthy male adult SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group (NS), epilepsy control group (PTZ), topiramate (TPM) group and lamotrigine (LTG) group, with 10 rats in each group. In addition to the NS group, the other three groups were ignited with PTZ. After 2 weeks of treatment, cognitive function was tested using the Morris water maze. An analysis of variance was used for statistical tests. Results The scores of PTZ group improved rapidly (P <0.05, P <0.01). LTG group test scores improved rapidly (P <0.01), score better than the NS group. TPM test scores improve slowly, no significant difference, worse than the NS group. The TPM group was the longest in search and the shortest in the test of platform quadrant and stay time in the platform quadrant. The scores of the two groups were not as good as those of other groups (P <0.05, P <0.01). There was no significant difference in other groups. Conclusion TPM can affect learning, memory and judgment in rats. LTG can improve learning, memory and judgment in rats.
