乙胺碘呋酮(胺碘酮)是一种疗效显著的抗心律失常药,现将治疗观察报告如下。 1.临床资料:共选择患者58例,其中冠心病并心律失常32例;心肌炎并心律失常19例;风心病并心律失常4例;肺心病兼冠心病并心律失常3例。年龄:60岁以上12例,40～60岁33例,20～40岁10例,15～20岁3例。心律失常类型:室性早搏25例,结性早搏5例,房性早搏8例,心房纤颤20例。
Amiodarone (amiodarone) is a significant anti-arrhythmic drug, the treatment report is now reported as follows. 1. Clinical data: A total of 58 patients were selected, including coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in 32 cases; myocarditis and arrhythmia in 19 cases; rheumatic heart disease and arrhythmia in 4 cases; cor pulmonale and coronary heart disease and arrhythmia in 3 cases. Age: 12 cases over the age of 60, 40 to 60 years in 33 cases, 20 to 40 years in 10 cases, 15 to 20 years in 3 cases. Arrhythmia types: 25 cases of premature ventricular contractions, premature 5 cases of premature beats, atrial premature beats in 8 cases, 20 cases of atrial fibrillation.
