Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of the People’s Republic of China Ministry of State Administration of Human Resources and Social Security Order No. 17 of the State Council on State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration of the People’s Republic of China on Violating Probity and Self-discipline of State-owned Enterprises The 12th Ministerial Office Meeting on January 13 was reviewed and approved. The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security was passed on September 19, 2008 and the SASAC passed on October 28, 2008. It is hereby announced that it will come into force on March 1, 2009.
