从经济因素、质量因素、工业化程度、环境因素、资源与能源因素、时间因素等方面,分析PC建筑与传统现浇混凝土建筑相比的建造特点以及建造方案的影响因素,在此基础上构建PC建筑建造方案综合评价指标体系,采用熵权法与专家打分法相结合的方式对建造方案进行评价,并给出模拟算例。为解决PC建筑建造方案的综合评价和对比分析提供科学的方法。
From the aspects of economic factor, quality factor, industrialization degree, environmental factor, resource and energy factor, time factor and so on, this paper analyzes the construction characteristics of PC building compared with traditional cast-in-place concrete building and the influencing factors of construction scheme. Building construction program evaluation index system, using the combination of entropy and expert scoring method to evaluate the construction program, and gives the simulation example. To solve the PC building construction programs to provide a comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis of scientific methods.
