文化是民族的血脉,是人民的精神家园。而城市公共文化场馆在一定程度上反映和决定着一个城市的文明程度,为市民提供“精神食粮”的同时,也提升了城市的文化实力。作为人民群众文化生活的重要平台——文化馆,在组织开展各类文化艺术活动中承担重任,是丰富群众文化生活的重要阵地。文化馆要充分发挥现有文化资源和团队优势,努力提升文化服务群众的层次,通过开展卓有成效的文化惠民活动,使广大群众的精神文化生活得到改善,并展现出蓬勃的生机和活力。
Culture is the blood of the nation and the spiritual home of the people. To a certain extent, the urban public cultural venues reflect and determine the degree of civilization of a city and provide the citizens with “spiritual food” while also enhancing the cultural power of the city. As an important platform for people’s cultural life - the cultural center, it plays an important role in organizing various cultural and artistic activities and is an important front for enriching the mass cultural life.
