64名对象,年龄18~20岁,分为4组。在严格控制正常膳食摄入的情况下及补充复合微量营养素后,以血清维生素A(VA)、锌含量和快速暗适应恢复时间、微光近视力时间、绝对阈值为测定指标,观察受试人员机体暗适应功能变化,实验期14天。实验结果表明,补充足够剂量(生理需要量)维生素A,同时补充多种水溶性维生素和微量元素锌之后,人体暗适应功能提高效果更佳。由该复合微量营养素组成的制剂,可提供长期从事视力集中和低照度作业人员经常服用,以维持人体正常的暗适应功能,提高工作效率。
