报道了醚氧乙酰肼类化合物在氢氧化钠存在下可以重排为有机肼类化合物的新方法.该方法适宜于合成多种取代的2-苯基-6-肼基-3-哒嗪酮类化合物.产物通过IR,1HNMR,13CNMR等方法进行了表征.
A new method for the rearrangement of ether oxyacetylhydrazines into organic hydrazines in the presence of sodium hydroxide is reported.The method is suitable for the synthesis of various substituted 2-phenyl-6-hydrazino-3-pyridazinones Compounds were characterized by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and other methods.
