2002年税费改革以来, 特别是今年免征农业税以来,我镇顺应农村工作新形势,及时将工作重心由收粮收税转移到谋划经济建设上来,集中精力抓项目,聚精会神谋发展,短短四年时间,全镇新上各类项目31个,项目总投资达1.3亿元。项目建设有力地推动了全镇经济的发展, 近三年工农业总产值年均递增8.3%,财政收入在税费逐年递减乃至全部取消的情况下基本持平,农民人均可支配收入由2660元增长到3073元,增长7.7%。我们的主要作法是:
