目的研究分析胆囊结石行腹腔镜手术患者住院期间的护理工作负荷。方法以54例行腹腔镜手术的胆囊结石患者为对象,对患者每日护理时间进行测量。结果每位患者间接护理时间为(41.2±4.27)min/日,直接护理时间为(261.7±48.69)min/日。同时,基于不同手术时间条件下,患者住院时间与护理总工时差异显著(P<0.05)。结论针对行腹腔镜手术的胆囊结石患者,手术时间与住院时间存在一定联系,护理管理人员应予以重视。
Objective To analyze and analyze the nursing workload of patients with gallbladder stones undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods Fifty-four patients with gallbladder stones undergoing laparoscopic surgery were enrolled. The daily nursing time was measured. Results The indirect nursing time of each patient was (41.2 ± 4.27) min / day, and the direct nursing time was (261.7 ± 48.69) min / day. At the same time, there was significant difference between the length of hospital stay and total length of nursing care based on different operation time (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with gallbladder stones undergoing laparoscopic surgery, there is a certain relationship between the operation time and hospitalization time, and nursing managers should pay attention to it.
