1.乳化装置的构造 水从水槽(重质油使用热水)流出时,首先用测量仪表计算水量,由水泵加压后经喷射管吹到配油管里。这样得到的粗加工乳化燃料再经过(螺旋式)压送泵加压而进入微粒化装置。在这里,由于压力差而引起液体的湍流,被进一步处理成微细化的乳化燃料。最后,成品乳化燃料返回原来配油管、烧嘴进行燃烧。 HIW(平川)式的装置具有此二段式制造法的特点。
1. The structure of the emulsifying device When water flows out from the water tank (heavy oil uses hot water), first calculate the amount of water with a measuring instrument, and then it is pressurized by the water pump and then blown into the oil distribution pipe through the injection pipe. The crude emulsion fuel thus obtained is further pressurized by a (screw) pressure pump to enter the atomization apparatus. Here, the turbulence of the liquid due to the pressure difference is further processed into a refined emulsion fuel. Finally, the finished emulsified fuel returns to the original distribution tubing and burner for combustion. HIW (Hirakawa) type device has the characteristics of this two-stage manufacturing method.
