1994年是国际家庭年,世界各国对如何满足住宅需求和提高人居环境质量问题都愈来愈重视。我国经济高速发展,住房建设量很大,人们在住房建设观念、住房建设体制、住房规划与设计,建造施工技术等人居环境建设的各个方面出现了明显的转变与进步。中国建筑师学会人居环境学术委员会得到重庆建筑大学的支持,于1994年11月14日～18日在重庆共同举办了“’94人居环境学术研讨会”。原人居环境学术委员会主任委员严星华到会致词,现任人居环境学术委员会主任委员宋融和副主任委员兼秘书长黄汇及重庆建筑大学建筑城规学院副院长万钟英主持了这次会议。北京市建筑设计研究院刘开济总建筑师作了世界上多元多价建筑形势的报告。北京市建筑设计院总建筑师白德懋、中国建筑西南设计研究院副总建筑师赵擎夏、上
1994 is the International Year of the Family. All countries in the world are paying increasing attention to how to meet housing needs and improve the living environment quality. With the rapid economic development in our country and a huge amount of housing construction, people have made obvious changes and progress in all aspects of housing environment construction such as housing construction concept, housing construction system, housing planning and design, and construction and construction technology. The Chinese Academy of Architects Human Settlements Academic Committee received the support of Chongqing University of Architecture and jointly hosted the ’94 Human Settlements Symposium ’in Chongqing from November 14 to November 18, 1994.
