The staff union or the incumbent will think the retired staff are no longer part of the union or think they have no connection with the union. It is a very wrong idea to think that leaving does not mean that they are irrelevant. Ideology is easily exasperated and blocked by union staff in the face of problems, but from a bystander perspective, there is another view on the issue of retiree treatment: the management of retired staff is very important for retiree learning It is even more important now that the work experience and skills not available to the employed staff are used in the management of trade unions and more importantly they can feel the enthusiasm and diligence they have for the work of the older generation which are lacking now by the trade unionists. Therefore, doing a good job in retirement management is crucial to creating a harmonious and stable rear environment.
