十年来被台湾当局百般呵护的高科技产业,如今第一次饱尝“失宠”的沮丧滋味。沮丧和失望情绪从台湾当局领导人就职前后就滋生蔓延。平时神龙不见首尾的业界领袖频频亮相,对新政府的政策深感不满,岛内一些知名企业更是掀起“走走走,到大陆去”的出走风。 过去台湾当局通过颁行科学工业园区设置管理条例,大力扶持高科技产业,使高科技产业成为台湾最强势的产业。台湾资讯业居世界第三位,其中有14项产值居世界第一,资讯产业的卓而不凡可见一斑。 高科技的独享尊宠引发学界和传统产业早已蓄积的不满。政府是否应该再将资源投入这个产业?是
For the first time in a decade, the high-tech industry, which is under the care of the Taiwan authorities, has been feeling the frustration of being out of favor.
