职业是指参与社会分工、用专业的技能和知识创造物质或精神财富、获取合理报酬、丰富社会物质或精神生活的一项工作。《中华人民共和国职业分类大典》~([1])将我国社会职业归为8个大类,66个中类,413个小类,1838个职业。职业素养是指职业内在的规范和要求,是在职业过程中表现出来的综合品质,包含职业道德、职业技能、职业行为、职业作风和职业意识等方面。所以职业素养的高低是一个人职业生涯成败的关键。
Occupation refers to the work of participating in social division of labor, using professional skills and knowledge to create material or spiritual wealth, obtaining reasonable remuneration, and enriching the material or spiritual life of a society. The Occupation Classification Ceremony of the People’s Republic of China ~ ([1]) classifies our social occupations into 8 major categories, 66 intermediate categories, 413 minor categories and 1838 occupations. Vocational accomplishment refers to the norms and requirements inherent in the occupation, is the comprehensive quality demonstrated in the occupation process, including occupational ethics, professional skills, professional behavior, professional style and professional awareness and so on. Therefore, the level of professionalism is the key to a person’s career success.
