现役长输管道加热炉使用原油作为燃料,原油燃烧后产生的高温烟气直接作用在承压炉管上,导致加热炉的使用寿命和安全可靠性降低。现役加热炉每隔5年大修一次,修理费用高,操作维护繁琐。从技术和经济两方面分析了原油电磁加热炉研制的可行性。利用成熟的电磁加热技术,不仅可以有效提高加热炉的安全使用寿命,还可以减少维护修理费用,提高自动化操作水平,防止环境污染。发展该技术将会带来很大的经济效益和社会效益。
The active long-distance pipeline heating furnace uses crude oil as a fuel, and the high-temperature flue gas generated after the combustion of the crude oil directly acts on the pressure-bearing furnace tube, resulting in the decrease of the service life and the safety and reliability of the heating furnace. Active heating furnace overhaul once every 5 years, high repair costs, operation and maintenance cumbersome. From the technical and economic aspects of crude oil electromagnetic heating furnace developed feasibility. The use of mature electromagnetic heating technology, not only can effectively improve the safe life of the furnace, but also can reduce maintenance and repair costs, improve automation and prevent environmental pollution. The development of this technology will bring great economic and social benefits.
