目的了解2010—2015年沈阳军区某医院放射工作人员职业性外照射剂量水平,发现放射防护的薄弱环节。方法采用热释光剂量测量方法,对该医院放射工作人员的外照射个人剂量水平进行监测。结果 2010—2015年,共监测放射工作人员1 368人次,集体有效剂量为1 307.32人·mSv,个人年有效剂量的中位数为0.55 mSv/a,各年份有效剂量的中位数为0.51~0.68 mSv/a。各年份间有效剂量的差异无统计学意义。不同工种(诊断放射学、放射治疗、核医学、介入放射学)工作人员年有效剂量之间差异有统计学意义,介入放射学年有效剂量最高。结论该医院放射工作人员的受照剂量低于国家标准规定的限值,处于比较平稳的状态。介入放射学工作人员的防护是放射防护工作的重点。
Objective To understand the level of occupational external radiation dose of radiological workers in a hospital in Shenyang Military Region from 2010 to 2015 and find out the weak points in radiological protection. Methods A thermoluminescence dose measurement method was used to monitor the individual radiation dose level of radiation workers in this hospital. Results A total of 1 368 radiation workers were monitored during 2010-2015, with a collective effective dose of 1 307.32 persons · mSv. The median annual effective dose was 0.55 mSv / a. The median effective dose for each year was 0.51 ~ 0.68 mSv / a. There was no significant difference between the effective doses in all years. There was a significant difference between the effective doses of different types of workers (diagnostic radiology, radiotherapy, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology) and the highest effective dose of interventional radiology. Conclusion The dose of radiation workers in this hospital is lower than the limit set by the national standards and is in a relatively steady state. Protection of interventional radiology staff is the focus of radiation protection efforts.
