在住宅设计中如何更好地贯彻 “适用、经济、在可能条件下注意美观”的原则,是我们建筑界长期以来不断地研究摸索的课题之一。最近,北京工业建筑设计院的同志们,经过调查和讨论,对住宅设计如何具体执行建筑标准,安排远期和近期的关系,以及住宅建筑的总体布局、平面设计等问题,提出了自己的看法。这种经过调查研究进行集体讨论的作法是值得提倡的。为了进一步提高住宅设计的质量、全面地正确地贯彻党的方针政策,我们发表了这篇文章,希望引起建筑界的广泛讨论。 另外,我们同时发表了该院住宅调查小组整理的调查资料(见第17页),供读者研究这些问题时参考。
How to better implement the principles of “applicability, economy, and attention to beauty under possible conditions” in residential design is one of the topics that we have constantly explored and explored in the construction industry. Recently, the comrades of the Beijing Institute of Industrial Architectural Design, after investigation and discussion, put forward their own opinions on how to concretely implement building standards, arrange long-term and recent relationships, and the overall layout and graphic design of residential buildings. . This practice of conducting group discussions through investigation and research is worth advocating. In order to further improve the quality of residential design and fully implement the party’s principles and policies, we published this article in the hope of arousing widespread discussion in the construction industry. In addition, we also published survey data collected by the House Survey Group (see page 17) for readers to study these issues.
