随着现代医疗技术的日益发展,各类医学计量器具种类、型号的不断更新,数量不断增多,相应地对计量器具特别是要求强制检定的各类器具的管理工作提出了更高的要求。以往的手工统计、建档、检定、报废、查询等一系列工作重复量大,速度慢,效率低,难以满足对计量工作科学化管理的需要。为此,我们根据总后卫生部1992年8月颁布的《军队医学计量监督管理办法实施细则》的要求,结合我院的实际情况和需要,自行研制了“通用医学计量综合管理系统”软件包,初步实现了我院计量工作的现代化管理。1 系统目标(1)建立各类计量器具的总账和分户帐;(2)各科室、各类计量器具的周期性检定管理;(3)各类计量器具的报废管理;(4)各科室专、兼职检定人员的管理;
With the development of modern medical technology, the types and models of various types of medical measuring instruments are continuously updated and the number is increasing. Accordingly, higher requirements are placed on the management of measuring instruments, especially those requiring mandatory verification. In the past, manual statistics, documentation, verification, scrapping, and inquiries have a large amount of repetition, slow speed, and low efficiency, and it is difficult to meet the need for scientific management of measurement work. To this end, we developed the “Universal Medical Metrology Integrated Management System” software package in accordance with the requirements of the “Implementation Rules for Military Medicine Metrology Supervision and Management Measures” promulgated by the Ministry of Health in August 1992, combined with the actual conditions and needs of our hospital.
