2010年7月份以来,全区学习型党组织建设考核评价试点工作,按照自治区党委的部署,进展顺利,亮点纷呈,取得了阶段性成果。10月25日,自治区党委召开全区学习型党组织建设考核评价试点工作情况交流会议,中卫市委、民政厅、宁夏上陵集团党委、宁夏医科大学党委等单位介绍了经验。在11月5日召开的“中央学习型党组织建设调研座谈会”上,中央建设学习型党组织工作协调小组办公室常务副主任、中宣部《党建》杂志社总编辑刘汉俊对宁夏在学习型党组织建设中推出的好经验好做法给予充分肯定,他指出,宁夏学习型党组织建设工作结合实际,措施有效,统筹兼顾,宣传得力,氛围浓厚,体现了实事求是的要求。宁夏勇于创新,在6个不同类型的单位开展学习型党组织建设考核评价办法试点工作,工作扎实、成效明显,做法领先全国,具有借鉴意义,值得在全国推广。本期刊发中卫市委和宁夏上陵集团的经验,供各单位参考。
