哈札工程咨询公司(Harza Engineering Company,Consulting Engineers)是一家建立于1920年的独立的咨询公司,总部设在美国伊利诺衣州芝加哥市。哈札公司自1979年开始接触二滩项目,在世界银行决定提供部分贷款后,先后对该工程的土建部分两个标(大坝及地下工程)的国际招标书(由成都勘测设计研究院编制)以及二滩电站的水轮机、发电机计算机监控系统等三本标书(也由成都院编制)提供了咨询和复核。上述土建标书经世行审阅后认为是该行审查过的最佳标书之一,
Harza Engineering Company, Consulting Engineers is an independent consulting firm founded in 1920 and headquartered in Illinois, Illinois. Hadassah Company has been in contact with Ertan Project since 1979. After the World Bank decided to provide part of the loan, it has successively published two international bidding documents (dams and underground works) for the civil part of the project (compiled by Chengdu Survey & Design Institute ) And Ertan Hydropower turbine, generator computer monitoring system and other three bids (also compiled by the Chengdu Institute) to provide advice and review. The above-mentioned civil tender was reviewed by the World Bank and considered as one of the best bids examined by the bank.
