在越来越激烈的竞争环境下提高无形资产的利用效率,已经成为提升企业竞争能力的关键因素,而技术创新是提高企业无形资产存量的重要手段,企业也因此成为技术创新中最活跃的因素。伴随着我国市场经济的持续发展,企业在技术创新中的地位和作用越来越重要。本文利用《江苏省统计年鉴》、《苏州市统计年鉴》等诸多官方统计数据,分析苏州市专利申请和授权情况,评价苏州企业技术创新产出效率,为进一步提升苏州市技术创新能力提供决策参考。
Increasing the utilization efficiency of intangible assets in a more and more competitive environment has become a key factor in enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises, and technological innovation is an important means to improve the stock of intangible assets. As a result, enterprises become the most active factor in technological innovation . With the continuous development of market economy in our country, the position and role of enterprises in technological innovation are more and more important. In this paper, we use the “Jiangsu Statistical Yearbook”, “Suzhou Statistical Yearbook” and many other official statistics to analyze the situation of patent applications and authorizations in Suzhou, evaluate the output efficiency of technological innovation in Suzhou enterprises and provide reference for further enhancing the technological innovation capability of Suzhou City .
