目的:建立一种简易的大鼠部分肝切除自体肝移植模型。方法:采用SD大鼠,在既往自体肝移植模型基础上进行简化和改进,摒弃传统的门、腔及颈内静脉置管转流方法,改进冷灌注方法,建立了研究大鼠部分肝切除自体余肝移植模型。结果:手术过程大大简化,成功率为96.7%。门静脉、下腔静脉置管时间不超过1 min,无肝期为16~18(中位时间16.15±2.15)min,冷灌注期间切除大鼠2/3的肝脏。再灌注1-2min肝脏恢复正常颜色,术后1h大鼠即可活动、饮水。结论:本模型简单易行,手术时间短,重复性好,特别适用于研究各种外加因素对自体肝移植残余肝脏的影响,为部分肝切除自体肝移植的基础理论研究提供了较为理想的模型。
Objective: To establish a simple model of partial liver autotransplantation in rats. Methods: SD rats were used to simplify and improve on the basis of previous autologous liver transplantation model. The traditional methods of catheterization, lumen and internal jugular vein bypass were modified and the methods of cold perfusion were modified. I liver transplantation model. Results: The procedure was greatly simplified with a success rate of 96.7%. The portal vein and inferior vena cava catheterization time was less than 1 min, the anhepatic period was 16-18 (median time 16.15 ± 2.15) min, and 2/3 of the liver was excised during cold perfusion. 1-2min after reperfusion the liver returned to normal color, after 1h rats can move, water. Conclusion: The model is simple and easy, the operation time is short and the repeatability is good. It is especially suitable for studying the influence of various external factors on the residual liver of autologous liver transplantation. It provides an ideal model for the study of the basic theory of partial liver autotransplantation .
