Beijing Financial Enterprises Favor Zhongguancun Beijing’s financial enterprises will support Zhongguancun and other high-tech enterprises by giving priority to listing, increasing their loan quota, and helping enterprises to raise funds in various channels so as to nurture Zhongguancun as the first growth point for boosting the capital’s economic development. Financing high-tech enterprises through listing and financing or capital operation is one of the major goals of Beijing’s financial enterprises this year.
