本文研究了一种石油沥青的新型冷却系统。热沥青股进入导管,在管中沥青与冷却水直接接触并进行冷却。冷却所需时间极短,热沥青蒸汽引起的大气污染得以避免。在系统设计中,本冷却过程可视为表面热阻可以忽略的、无限长圆柱体的不稳定导热过程。
This paper studies a new type of asphalt cooling system. Hot bitumen enters the duct where the bitumen is in direct contact with the cooling water and is cooled. Cooling takes very short time, air pollution caused by hot asphalt vapor can be avoided. In the system design, the cooling process can be regarded as negligible surface thermal resistance, infinite cylinder unstable thermal process.
