系统比较了香菇(Letinous edodes)一次通氧条件下不同刺孔数量和不同刺孔深度组合对香菇生长的影响。结果表明,刺孔数量为20孔及以下时,刺孔5个深度梯次转色均出现延后且个别处理的菇质会出现下降;刺孔数量在40孔以上时,各深度梯度处理的菇品质量间无差异;刺孔数量与刺孔深度对香菇产量的影响存在交互作用,处理间产量差异较大,以刺孔数量80孔、深度3 cm为最佳。
The system compares the effects of the combination of different numbers of punctures and different depth of punctures on the growth of shiitake mushrooms under the condition of one-pass oxygen in Letinous edodes. The results showed that when the number of punctures was less than 20 holes and the depths of punctures were delayed and the quality of mushrooms treated individually was decreased. When the number of punctures was more than 40 holes, the depth-treated mushrooms There is no difference between the quality of products; the number of punctures and the depth of puncturing have an interactive effect on the yield of shiitake mushrooms, and there is a big difference in yield between the treatments. The number of punctures is 80 holes and the depth is 3 cm.
