一、甜酒麯发酵淘米水淘米水含有丰富的碳水化合物、B族维生素及其它营养,是浇花的好液肥。但一般淘米水不宜直接浇花,需经沤制发酵后才可使用。而自然发酵的淘米水主要由细菌、霉菌分解,会发出一股酸臭味,污染环境。对人体健康也不利。笔者在实践中采用甜酒麯发酵法,发酵液具有甜甜的酒香,pH值4~5,用来浇喜酸性花卉和一般花卉均可,尤其适合浇室内观叶植物,浇后叶片浓绿有光泽,耐阴性增强,延长了室内摆放时间。用此液浇灌的矮牵牛,花多花大色艳,并有金属光泽。
