目的:探讨茉莉花根水、醇提取物对小鼠的镇痛和镇静、催眠作用,为开发和应用茉莉花根提供依据。方法:各组小鼠采用醋酸扭体法、热板法观察茉莉花根水、醇提取物的镇痛作用;用自主活动测定法观察该药物的镇静作用;用戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量实验和延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验评价其与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用。结果:茉莉花根水提物小鼠灌胃给药无镇痛和镇静、催眠作用。茉莉花根醇提物灌胃给药9.0g/kg、12.0g/kg、18.8g/kg剂量,均能减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数和减少热板法所致的小鼠足痛;能使小鼠的自主活动减少,增加入睡小鼠的只数;9.0g/kg组与18.8g/kg组均能明显延长小鼠睡眠时间。结论:茉莉花根醇提物具有一定镇痛和镇静、催眠的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the analgesic, sedative and hypnotic effects of jasmine root water and alcohol extract on mice, and to provide basis for the development and application of jasmine root. Methods: The acetic acid writhing method and hot plate method were used to observe the analgesic effect of jasmine root water and alcohol extract in each group. The sedation of the drug was observed by spontaneous activity assay. Experiments and extended sodium pentobarbital sleep time experiments to evaluate its synergistic effect with sodium pentobarbital. Results: There was no analgesic, sedative and hypnotic effects in mice given water extract of jasmine root. Jasmine root alcohol extract intragastric administration of 9.0g / kg, 12.0g / kg, 18.8g / kg dose, can reduce acetic acid-induced writhing in mice and reduce the hot plate method induced foot pain in mice; Reduce the spontaneous activity of mice and increase the number of sleeping mice; 9.0g / kg group and 18.8g / kg group can significantly prolong the mouse sleep time. Conclusion: Alcohol extract of jasmine root has a certain analgesic and sedative, hypnotic effect.
