本文选择1990年10月～1992年4月住院的小儿肺炎急性心衰患儿58例,随机分为治疗组28例。男18例,女10例。年龄25天～12个月23例,1～3岁5例,对照组30例,男21例,女9例。26天～12个月24例,1～3岁6例。诊断标准按1984年10月南宁会议修订草案标准确定。两组从发病年
58 cases of children with acute childhood pneumonia admitted in hospital from October 1990 to April 1992 were randomly divided into treatment group (28 cases). 18 males and 10 females. There were 23 cases aged from 25 days to 12 months, 5 cases from 1 to 3 years old and 30 cases from the control group. There were 21 males and 9 females. 26 days to 12 months in 24 cases, 1 to 3 years old in 6 cases. The diagnostic criteria were determined according to the revised draft of Nanning Conference in October 1984. Two groups from the onset of the year
