对 61例病毒性心肌炎 ( VMC)患儿检测了 SOD、GSH— PX、MDA。发现 VMC患儿发病 1周内 SOD、GSH—PX下降 ,MDA升高 ;经大剂量维生素 C治疗后 ,SOD、GSH— PX、MDA于 4~ 6周恢复正常。 SOD、GSH—PX与 CK—MB呈负相关 ;与 EF、FS呈正相关 ;MDA与 CK—MB呈正相关 ,与GSH— PX、SOD呈负相关。MDA升高与否和心电图 ST—T改变有关 ,GSH—PX、SOD降低与否和心电图 ST—T改变无关。
61 cases of viral myocarditis (VMC) in children detected SOD, GSH- PX, MDA. It was found that SOD and GSH-PX decreased and MDA increased within 1 week after onset of VMC. After high-dose vitamin C treatment, SOD, GSH-PX and MDA returned to normal after 4 to 6 weeks. The levels of SOD and GSH-PX were negatively correlated with CK-MB, positively correlated with EF and FS, while positively correlated with CK-MB and negatively correlated with GSH-PX and SOD. Elevated MDA or not is associated with changes in ECG ST-T, GSH-PX, SOD decreased or not and electrocardiogram ST-T changes irrelevant.
