地理标志是商品高质量、高文化附加值的象征,不仅能为生产者带来巨大的经济利益,同时可以促进推进各地区经济、促进国际贸易、保护传统文化等。我国幅员辽阔,潜在地理标志丰富,但是切实被申报认可的地理标志仅仅是极小的一部分。本文从地理标志的国际保护、我国地理标志保护存在的问题及改进建议、地理标志天津沙窝萝卜的成功发展、重庆火锅申请地理标志失败的分析等方面进行分析论述,总结在地理标志申请、保护与发展等方面的成功经验,提出促进地理标志发展的建议。
Geographical indications are symbols of the high quality and high added value of commodities. They can not only bring huge economic benefits to producers, but also promote the promotion of regional economy, promotion of international trade and protection of traditional culture. My country is vast and has plenty of potential geographical indications, but the exact geographical indication that has been declared and approved is only a very small part. This article analyzes and discusses the international protection of geographical indications, the problems existing in the protection of geographical indications in our country, the suggestions for improvement, the successful development of the geographical indications of Tianjin Sandow radish, and the analysis of the unsuitable geographical indications for applying hot pots in Chongqing. And other successful experiences in development and put forward suggestions to promote the development of geographical indications.
