用非线性有限元分析软件MSC.Superform对钢管三辊斜轧定径过程进行了三维热力耦合弹塑性数值模拟,分析了送进角对临界压下率和减径量的影响规律。结果表明:在通常送进角范围内,临界压下率随送进角β的增大,呈先增大后减小的规律,存在一个临界送进角βC;当压下量一定时,不同送进角下的荒管经定径后外径尺寸基本相同,改变送进角对减径量的大小影响不明显。
The nonlinear finite element analysis software MSC.Superform was used to simulate the three-dimensional diametral rolling process of the steel tube. The three-dimensional thermo-mechanical coupled elastic-plastic numerical simulation was carried out. The influence of the feed angle on the critical reduction ratio and the reducing amount was analyzed. The results show that the critical reduction rate increases first and then decreases with the increase of feed angle β in the normal feed angle range, and there is a critical feed angle βC. When the reduction is constant, After entering the corner of the shortage of pipe size after diameter diameter is basically the same, change the feed angle on the size of the reducing effect is not obvious.
