目的评价儿童少年精神科住院患者的营养状况,了解其营养不良及肥胖的发生率。方法选择2010年1-6月入住新乡医学院第二附属医院儿童少年精神科患儿362例。男185例,女177例;年龄7~18岁。参照《2000年中国儿童青少年身高标准体重筛查标准》对其进行营养状况评价。结果 362例患儿中,营养不良发生率为18.8%,超重发生率为16.9%,肥胖发生率为8.8%。抑郁症、情绪障碍患儿营养不良的发生率较高,精神分裂症患儿超重和肥胖的发生率较高。结论儿童少年精神科住院儿者存在营养问题,应对儿童青少年精神障碍住院患者进行常规营养状况筛查和干预。
Objective To evaluate the nutritional status of adolescent psychiatric inpatients and to understand the incidence of malnutrition and obesity. Methods From January to June 2010, 362 children admitted to the Children and Adolescent Psychiatry Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College were enrolled. 185 males and 177 females; aged 7 to 18 years. According to “2000 Chinese children and adolescents height standard weight screening criteria” to evaluate their nutritional status. Results Among 362 children, the incidence of malnutrition was 18.8%, the incidence of overweight was 16.9%, and the incidence of obesity was 8.8%. Depression, mood disorders, malnutrition in children with a higher incidence of overweight and obesity in children with a higher incidence of overweight. Conclusion There are nutritional problems in children admitted to adolescent psychiatry. Children with mental disorders in adolescents should undergo routine nutrition screening and intervention.
