本文以介绍玫红三羟酸铵(即铝试剂)方法测定(?),因玫红三羟酸铵本身的颜色较浅。且反应产物的颜色更深,铝与铍在pH=5.5-6.0时都显红色。但加入EDTA二钠盐后,掩蔽了铝的颜色,则铍与玫红三羟酸铵生成稳定的洋红色。试样中有氟存在时,使颜色变浅,氟的存在,在碱性溶液中,可以用镧盐除掉,同时玫红三羟酸铵仅是在pH=13时,才呈现出指示剂的性质,这种情况是具有很大实际意义。
