为筛选灵芝引进品种,以灵芝产量、产孢量以及灵芝子实体多糖和三萜的含量为指标,对引进品种进行了品比试验,同时以灵芝优选菌株为试材,对灵芝的培养基质进行了优化筛选。结果表明:菌株13和L5表现相对较好,该两株菌可以作为优选菌株进一步推广;菌株L1的表现次之,该菌株可作为备选菌株进一步研究;其他的5个菌株表现较差,不宜在连云港地区推广;配方V和配方Ⅲ的灵芝产量及产孢量均显著高于其他3个配方,为较适宜的栽培配方。
