文献提出铜锌矿中铜锌的二甲酚橙连续光度溯定方法,但结果不稳。为此本文提出了经沉淀分离干扰元素后,取滤液两份,用二甲酚橙显色,其中一份加人硫代硫酸钠掩蔽铜,分别测定两份显色液的吸光度。锌的含量由加入硫代硫酸钠的一份确定;铜的含量由差减法确定。一试剂铜和锌标准溶液:分别为0.02mg·ml~(-1),以纯铜和纯锌按常法配制。沉淀剂溶液:150g氯化铵加200ml氨水,配成1L溶液。缓冲溶液:pH5.8,33g六次甲基四胺溶于500ml水中,加盐酸5ml,以酸度计校准至pH 5.8。二样品分析
The paper proposed a continuous spectrophotometric method for determining the xylenol orange of Cu and Zn in Cu-Zn ore, but the result was unstable. In this paper, we propose to separate the interfering elements by precipitation, take two filtrates, and develop the color with xylenol orange. One of them is added with sodium thiosulfate to mask the copper, and the absorbance of two color developing liquids are respectively measured. The zinc content is determined by adding one portion of sodium thiosulfate; the content of copper is determined by the subtractive method. A reagent copper and zinc standard solution: 0.02mg · ml ~ (-1) respectively, with pure copper and pure zinc according to the usual preparation. Precipitant solution: 150g ammonium chloride plus 200ml ammonia, dubbed 1L solution.
