慈善组织的公信力既是慈善组织宗旨理念、服务质量和行为能力的体现,也是公众对慈善组织信任度和满意度的综合反映。慈善组织的公信力不仅直接关系到慈善组织的成长,而且直接关系到慈善事业的发展程度。可以说,公信力是慈善组织成长的基石。慈善组织的内部管理机制失灵和外部监督力弱化,是当前慈善组织公信力危机的两大致因。制度建设是增强慈善组织公信力的治本之策:一是要实现慈善组织管理的制度化、规范化和标准化;二是要加强对慈善组织的监督力度。
The credibility of charitable organizations is not only the philosophical concept of philanthropic organizations, quality of service and ability to act, but also the public’s trust and satisfaction of charitable organizations. The credibility of charitable organizations is not only directly related to the growth of charitable organizations, but also directly related to the development of philanthropy. It can be said that credibility is the cornerstone of charity’s growth. The failure of the internal management mechanism and the weakening of the external supervision of charities are two major causes of the crisis of the credibility of current charities. System construction is the fundamental solution to enhance the credibility of charitable organizations: First, to institutionalize, standardize and standardize the management of charitable organizations; second, to strengthen the supervision of charitable organizations.
