茶树采摘不仅关系到茶园生叶产量,而且也影响制茶品質。茶树采摘是提高生叶产量,改进茶叶品質的农业技术关鍵措施之一。近年来,有关茶树采摘問題,不仅科学研究单位进行了不少試驗,而且学术界也展开了热烈的討論。据已发表的文献分析,大多数的論点是,当前群众茶叶生产所用的采摘方法,还存在不少缺点,不符合进一步发展的要求,必須进行改革。改革的方法是将留魚叶采摘法改为留真叶采摘法。可是,何时留、留多少;在茶树生长、茶叶生产条件以及制茶种类不同的情况下,为了达到稳定增产的要求,采摘和留养又应如何結合,所有这些問題,都是目前采摘茶叶爭論的焦点。十年来我所进行过一系列的采摘研究工作。結果証明,茶树采摘和留养必須根据它的总发育周期和年发育周期的生长特性,依照制茶工艺要求,应用系統的适当采摘方法,才能取得稳定的丰产优質效果。茲就已积累的一些資料,提出討論如下。
