任职教育在军队人才建设体系中所占比重将会越来越大,培训周期短是任职教育的一个明显特点。而目前我军任职教育所招收生源专业与从事岗位并不严格符合,这给任职教育施训课程的设置带来了一定困难。本文分析了先阶段我军任职教育的特点,在此基础了提出了在设备课程中糅合原理知识的课程设置模式,并对该模式在执行过程中需要注意的问题进行剖析。该模式能够在保证教学质量的前提下,有效解决任职教育培训周期短的难题。
On-the-job education will take more and more part in the military talent building system, and the short training cycle is an obvious feature of on-the-job education. At present, the military education in our country recruits students to engage in professional and engaged positions is not strictly in line with this set of educational training courses to bring employment has brought some difficulties. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the first stage of our military service education, based on which we put forward the curriculum setup mode that combines the principle knowledge in the equipment course and analyzes the problems that need attention in the execution of this mode. This model can effectively solve the problem of short period of education and training on the premise of ensuring the quality of teaching.
