目的研究金针菇菌糠啤酒渣有机肥对种植后土壤的改良作用及对马铃薯产量、品质的影响。方法采用条垛式发酵生产金针菇菌糠有机肥。设计金针菇菌糠有机肥、普通化肥、有机肥及空白(不施肥)等4个实验组,在其他条件相同下种植马铃薯,检测种植马铃薯前后的土壤状况,测定种植后的马铃薯产量及品质状况。结果金针菇菌糠啤酒渣有机肥能显著提升土壤p H值、土壤阳离子交换量、土壤中有机质、碱解N、有效P、速效K、全N、全P和马铃薯总糖、总酚及总产量,且能显著降低土壤的电导率,但对种植的马铃薯的水分、灰分、蛋白质的含量影响较小。结论金针菇菌糠具有改良土壤酸化、土壤性能、降低土壤次生盐渍化风险、提升土壤缓冲性能和提高马铃薯总产量的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Flammulina velutipes beer manure on soil improvement and its effect on potato yield and quality. Methods The production of Flammulina velutipes bacterial chaff manure by strip stack fermentation. Pot experiment was conducted under the same conditions as the other four experimental groups, including organic manure, ordinary fertilizer, organic manure and blank (without fertilization) of Flammulina velutipes. The soil condition before and after planting potato was tested, and the yield and quality of potato after planting were measured. Results Flammulina velutipes beer residue organic fertilizer can significantly improve soil p H value, soil cation exchange capacity, soil organic matter, alkaline hydrolysis N, effective P, available K, total N, total P and total sugar, total phenol and total yield , And can significantly reduce the conductivity of soil, but the planting of potato water, ash, protein content less affected. Conclusion Flammulina velutipes has the effects of improving soil acidification, soil properties, reducing the risk of secondary soil salinization, improving soil cushioning properties and increasing potato yield.
