本文报告１５例血友病性骨关节病，其中１０例为血友病甲，２例为血友病乙，１例为血友病丙，余２例未分型。均为男性。其Ｘ线表现为关节囊软组织肿胀、密度增高（１５例），骨端或骨骺增大变方（６例），关节间隙变窄、关节面硬化和囊性变（１２例），关节骨端破坏（６例），骨性关节强直（１例），股骨髁间凹和尺骨鹰咀窝增宽变深（１０例），骨膜新生骨（３例）和血友病性假肿瘤（２例）。文中分析本病的Ｘ线表现并讨论其病理基础。
This article reports 15 cases of hemophilic osteoarthrosis, of which 10 cases of hemophilia A, 2 cases of hemophilia B, 1 case of hemophilia C, the remaining 2 cases did not type. All men. The X-ray showed the soft tissue swelling of the joint capsule, increased density (15 cases), increased bone or terminal epiphysis (6 cases), narrowed joint space, articular surface sclerosis and cystic degeneration (12 cases) (6 cases), ankylosis (1 case), femoral intercondylar notch and ulnar eagle’s nest enlargement and deepening (10 cases), periosteal new bone (3 cases) and hemophilic pseudotumor (2 cases ). The article analyzes the X-ray findings of the disease and discuss its pathological basis.
