应用LSAB免疫组织化学染色法,对32例原发喉鳞状细胞癌和8例喉正常上皮组织中的p53蛋白和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)做定位和定量研究。结果表明:p53蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达位于细胞核内,EGFR的表达位于胞浆和核膜;喉癌组织中这二种癌基因表达的蛋白阳性率,p53为59.4%,EGFR为68.8%;EGFR在喉癌组织中的阳性率和强度与病理分级和临床预后显著性相关,p53在喉癌早期病例中表达的阳性率明显增高。EGFR在喉正常上皮表达的阳性率和强度均低于喉癌组织,p53蛋白在喉正常上皮中无表达。提示p53蛋白和EGFR在癌组织中的表达对喉癌早期诊断和判断病人预后有重要参考价值。
Using LSAB immunohistochemical staining, p53 protein and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in 32 cases of primary laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 8 cases of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma were localized and quantitated. The results showed that the expression of p53 protein in laryngeal carcinoma was located in the nucleus and the expression of EGFR was located in the cytoplasm and the nuclear membrane. The positive rate of p53 protein expression was 59.4% in p53 and 68.8% in laryngeal carcinoma The positive rate and intensity of EGFR in laryngeal carcinoma were significantly correlated with the pathological grade and clinical prognosis. The positive rate of p53 expression in early laryngeal carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal laryngeal carcinoma. The positive rate and intensity of EGFR expression in laryngeal normal epithelium were lower than that in laryngeal carcinoma, and p53 protein was not expressed in laryngeal normal epithelium. Tip p53 protein and EGFR expression in cancer tissue early diagnosis of laryngeal cancer and determine the prognosis of patients with important reference value.
