目的:建立儿咳糖浆的质量标准。方法:运用薄层色谱法对儿咳糖浆处方中的重要组成虎杖、枳壳、大黄定性鉴别;应用高效液相色谱法对虎杖苷进行含量测定。结果:定性鉴别阴性无干扰,分离度高;虎杖苷检测浓度在8.8~44.0μg·m L~(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积值呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为101.72%,相对标准偏差(RSD)=1.91%(n=9)。结论:所建标准可用于儿咳糖浆的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of cough syrup. Methods: Thin layer chromatography was used to identify the major constituents of Polygonum Cuspidatum, Citrus aurantium and rhubarb. The content of polydatin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: The results showed that there was no negative interference in qualitative identification and high separation rate. The detected concentration of polydatin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 8.8 ~ 44.0μg · m L -1; the average recovery was 101.72% Standard deviation (RSD) = 1.91% (n = 9). Conclusion: The standard can be used for the quality control of cough syrup.
