人社职司便函〔2014〕47号各省、自治区、直辖市及新疆生产建设兵团人力资源社会保障厅(局):日前,我司组织各地开展了国家级技能大师工作室(以下简称“工作室”)建设情况问卷调查工作,针对一些工作室提出的希望能搭建同行业技能人才横向技术交流、相互学习技艺的平台的意见建议,我司与中国职工教育和职业培训协会协商,拟从2015年开始在《中国培训》杂志开设“技能交流”栏目,刊登由高技能人才撰写的技术交流文章,为高技能人才队伍建设提供更好的服务。为规范栏目投稿工作,我们起草了《“技能交流”栏目投稿办法(试行)》,请各省(区、市)人社部门积极组织辖区内的工作室以及其他高技能人才,按相关规定做好投稿工作。
