目的探讨服务性学习应用于临床药学专业教育的效果。方法将2006级136名临床药学专业学生设为对照组,2007级68名临床药学专业学生设为实验组,对照组采用传统的教学方法,实验组在此基础上引入服务性学习。在进行临床药学专业课学习后,将实验组的学生分为12个小组,利用周六、日到学校周边的社区卫生服务站开展药物咨询、用药指导、患者教育、卫生保健、常见病的防治健康教育活动等,并安排一定的学时对所开展的服务进行反思。结果两个年级的多门临床药学专业课程考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。81.54%的学生对服务性学习持认可态度,认为有助于理论知识的学习与加强实践能力。结论服务性学习有助于提高多种能力与培养专业素质,是进行临床药学专业教育的一种较好方式。
Objective To explore the effect of service learning on clinical pharmacy education. Methods A total of 136 clinical pharmacy students from 2006 to 2006 were enrolled as control group, 68 clinical pharmacy students from 2007 to 2007 were enrolled as experimental group, and the control group as the traditional teaching method. The experimental group introduced service learning on this basis. After studying clinical pharmacy, the students in the experimental group were divided into 12 groups. They used the community health service stations around the school on Saturdays and Sundays to carry out drug counseling, medication guidance, patient education, health care, common diseases prevention and treatment Education activities, etc., and arrange for a certain period of time on the services carried out to reflect on. Results There were statistically significant differences in scores of clinical pharmacy courses in two grades (P <0.05). 81.54% of students hold a recognition attitude towards service learning, which is considered to be helpful for the study of theoretical knowledge and strengthening of practical ability. Conclusion Service learning helps to improve a variety of abilities and cultivate professional qualities, which is a better way to carry out clinical pharmacy education.
