北京中医药大学东方医院王素梅教授在总结前人经验的基础上,结合自己长期的临床实践,根据咳嗽的病程以及临床表现,采用审因辨证、分期论治的方法,将咳嗽的发病过程分为初、中、后期,治疗时初期以疏风为先,中期以治痰为主,后期以润补为要;指出由于以咳嗽为主要表现的疾病本身的自然病程不同,初、中、后期的界定须灵活掌握,临症中需根据病情加减用药,方可收佳效。
