少数民族地区信息需求少、范围窄和层次低等问题突出,主要是由农村信息服务分散与农民的经济和文化隔阂所致。少数民族农民并非是需求高度一致的整体,不同类型群体有不同的信息需求。目前重点应强化政府责任,破解信息服务障碍;提高县区图书馆功能,使农民普遍得到信息服务;加大农民素质培训力度,促生更多和更高层次的信息需求。
Minorities have less information needs, narrow scope and low-level problems. They are mainly caused by the fragmentation of rural information services and peasants’ economic and cultural barriers. Minority peasants are not highly consistent needs of different groups, different types of groups have different information needs. At present, the government should focus on strengthening the government’s responsibility to crack down on barriers to information services; improve the county library functions to enable farmers to receive information services in general; increase farmers’ quality training efforts to promote more and higher levels of information needs.
