核电项目设计过程中,采用多设计院和多供货商参与设计的模式,一般情况下将设计院与供货厂家之间的接口称为设备接口。建立接口手册是接口管理工作中的基础。目前显有针对建立接口手册过程管理的相关论文,本文将对接口手册建立过程中的问题进行研究,总结接口手册建立过程中容易出现的问题,并提出相对应的建议措施,供今后类似项目接口建立过程提供参考管理经验。
