枇杷是我国南方的名特优水果。近二十年来枇杷栽培面积不断扩大，产量大幅增长。由于枇杷果实柔软多汁，不耐贮藏和运输。采后运输和销售过程中的防腐保鲜问题，已成为制约枇杷进一步发展的瓶颈。我们调查发现枇杷运输过程中的主要问题是损伤性病变。为此将其取名为枇杷皮肉褐
Loquat is a famous Chinese southern fruit. In the past two decades, the cultivation area of loquat has been continuously expanded with a substantial increase of output. Because loquat fruit is soft and juicy, it is impatient for storage and transportation. Preservation of post-harvest transportation and marketing of preservation problems, has become a bottleneck restricting the further development of loquat.
