枇杷皮肉褐变病的发生观察和控制技术研究(初报)

枇杷是我国南方的名特优水果。近二十年来枇杷栽培面积不断扩大,产量大幅增长。由于枇杷果实柔软多汁,不耐贮藏和运输。采后运输和销售过程中的防腐保鲜问题,已成为制约枇杷进一步发展的瓶颈。我们调查发现枇杷运输过程中的主要问题是损伤性病变。为此将其取名为枇杷皮肉褐 Loquat is a famous Chinese southern fruit.
